I always threaten them first, tell them no use to send another girl, tell them I will expose them on the internet, etc.

If you have the time and patience, pick up the girl in front of the agency. Or ask for 2-3 girls, if they are all good, keep them, otherwise send some of them back (with taxi money)

Best you stick with the known honest agencies. Karlamodels, scortshow, newscort.com, etc. Even there you can have surprises.
