I stayed here at the recommendation of Mayra Brill. She secured a rate of US$65/night including taxes. It is 1/2 block down Florida St. (pedestrian) from Plaza San Martin. Great location for walking, subway, shopping and dining. 4 blocks to the triangle (Ness, Hooks, and Cattos) and 2 blocks to Orleans and Cutty Sark. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and bathrooms were redone. King size bed and cable tv. The hotel is girl friendly, entering the hotel doesn't require contact with the front desk, just showing a room key to security on the street entrance. Late at night it is probably not the best idea to walk around alone. Better to take a cab. Chicas gave it their stamp of approval. So do I.

Thanks for the hotel updates. I don't like the location of this hotel as much as the Bel Air, and it lacks the character of the Bel Air....but the price is right for a hotel that only two years ago was a Marriott Courtyard.....
