This gym / health club is located in Miraflores next to Pizza Alley. As you enter Pizza Alley from Kennedy Park, walk all the way through Pizza Alley. As you exit, take a right and follow the street for ~30 feet. Across the street, you'll see the Las Americas hotel and the entry to this gym / health club.

This is a pretty nice gym / health club with some very nice looking women working out there. Unfortunately, I found this place the day before I left Lima so I didn't get a chance to workout nor did I inquire about prices. I did read a sign outside that indicated there was a special promotional rate.

The Doubletree Hotel on Avenue Pardo has a first-floor gym/health club that is open to the public, too. I didn't think to stop in and get prices (I'm not a health kinda guy).
The entrance is just to the right of the front doors of the hotel. You can also enter through the hotel lobby.

Gym next to Americas hotel;
I went into this gym and they just donīt have any temporary menbership. they wanted me to sign up for a 3 months deal worth US$79. not a gym freak, but, like to go there to get my cardio pumping. anyways, guess iīd just have to go running somewhere else or hold it ītil i get back to the states. this place is good and bad in a kind of funny way, go figure!!!

Recently used the Energym located at Av. Jose Pardo 399 in Miraflores several times during my most recent trip to Lima. This is a chain of gyms with 3 or 4 located in Lima. A day pass runs $7 US. Facilities are located on 2 floors and was worth the $7 I paid for my day passes.
