This is something that has worked out for me.
1) Go to www.gpguia.net
2) Go to your city of interest. If you are looking for reviews of Escorts go to the category Acompanhantes - Somente TD's
3) Use www.altavista.com as a translation tool.
I have used it a few times while in SP. It has worked out well. You can figure out the prices and what the girl does and more importantly which girls to stay away from at the massage places ect....

On gpguia, my only comment is to stick to girls who rate a 10 in looks. Anything below and expect a 5 to come to your door. Brasileiros don't care about looks or have no taste.

Hotel Lido is in the old Center of town (Centro) on Rua Pirapitingui #69. That part of town is pretty sketchy, especially now that a lot of the businesses have moved away from Paulista towards the newer neighborhoods of Morumbi and Brooklin.
