Here's some general info on some good spots:
9th Av. is a nice little street in the heart of Granada neighborhood, and is full of trendy restaurants and lounge/bars.
Restaurante M, at 15th, 660-1785, is a real hot spot... very pricey... asian fusion dishes.
Pacifico, #12-18, 653-3753, is a nice seafood restaurant with reasonable prices.
Trattoria is a nice trendy restaurant/lounge with a nice crowd. It is located on a perpendicular street (17th? 16th?) actually closer to 10th Av. than 9th Av. Trattoria has a great large open air courtyard in the back. The lounge Lotus is across the street.
Orange is a lounge on the east side of the street, on the third floor above Lua restaurant and boutique. Orange is pricey, but nice.
The Casa Alfarez is located at the top of the street, see my post in its thread in the hotel section.
I ate at Maki, supposedly the best sushi spot in town, it's located two blocks north of Parque Penon, which is not far from the Dann tower.
I recommend against this place!
The food was average at best. The nigiri slices were thin enough that you could see through them. The prices were as high or higher than you'd find in the states! My girl wouldn't eat any sushi and only had a rice dish, and I ate a less than average amount, and with only one small saki for drinks our bill was over 125.000,00!
The menu was not authentic Japonese at all - more than 1/2 of the rolls on the menu had cream cheese in them!
I eat sushi quite often, in cities all over the U.S., and I was very dissapointed in Maki.
