Does anyone have any contacts for an immigration lawyer/consultant who learned English as his first language? If not, a really good English speaking immigration lawyer will do, although I regardless of how adept they are in English, I find that unless English is their first language, they miss out on a good portion of what I'm trying to convey. Thanks in advance.

Ask me in four years when I finish law school. Mongering and love for foreign women has given me a taste for immigration law. That, and I like to work with people who are doing something to be happy in, not doing something to screw somebody else (financially vs. physically).

I know a guy who has been messing with US visas, Brazilian residency for a long time.
He is fairly good, but not a lawyer. I think he knows lawyers for the harder stuff.
His prices are fairly low.
Otherwise, if you have unlimited cash, go to your consulate in Rio and have them give you the list of lawyer recommendations.
