Leon De Oro Inn & Suites at Av. LaPaz 930 in Miraflores (www.leondeoroperu.com). I stayed here and paid $50 per night double (incl. breakfast). It was basically a clean 2 star hotel with older furniture and decent sized recently remodeled bathrooms. No guest problems day or night with documento. I would not stay here again, there are better choices. I checked out several other hotel options in Miraflores for a future visit.

When I stopped by the Leon de Oro the rates I saw posted were double what is posted here. I was happy in the Maria Luisa at $25/night and preferred the location, so I didn't inquire further about getting a better rate.
