That is one of the suites at VIPS. It costs about R$250 ($85USD) to rent for 8 hours. So if you arrive around noon, you're in for a decent sunset, weather permitting. That is why the photos range from midday to sunset.

The less expensive rooms at VIPS don't have balconies, pools, hottubs, saunas or steamrooms, and rent for R$80 ($30USD) for 8 hours.

These two girls had never been to VIPS before. While we were on the way there, they were trying to tell me about their 'appointments' that would require them to leave after 4 hours. Once they hit the suite, they didn't want to leave.
