stay away from Hotel Caribe. It is very uptight about Guests!!!!!!!!!! I had to use short time hotels the whole time. but still had a killer time.

I have never stayed at any of the above Hotels, but here is what I heard on:

Hotel Decameron Cartagena

Is a Colombian package holiday hotel, it is full of families and bringing back working girls is not appreciated, but I think you can.

Almirante

Is fine to bring the girls back, but they expect them to leave early, 6am I think.

Hilton

I have heard is that they have a similiar policy as the Almirante.

The others I don't know their policy, but the above being hotels, the policy can change with management, I think they all charge a extra fee for guests.

Hunter

For the Hilton, it depends on whether you booked a double room or not. Even if you booked a double, some of the night staff might try and make you pay an extra fee.

This trip, I tried out this little hotel called Hotel Residencias Rosandy. It is located directly accross from McDonalds. I paid 50,000 a night for a double with aircon. Make sure you tell the lady that you want to bring a girlfriend and you dont want to have to pay more, and make sure she writes it on your reciept and the one that they keep or the night guy will try to charge you 10mil more. All in all, I was happy here. It has full cable tv with a few channels in English, and little problems. Although not the Hilton or Caribe, it also only costs about 20-25 bucks per night.
