In researching the GPGUIA.NET (Portugese forum), I found that ClinicaKin (www.clinicakin.com.br)had, by far, the highest percentage of positive results. And the Brazilian businessmen seem to be a picky lot, by the way.

So, what the heck. Took a bus toward the domestic airport, got close and took a cab. A hassle, but well worth it.
