This looks like a very nice hotel, but not as good value as the Hotel Plaza Rosa or Dan Carlton.

I stayed here in October 2005. It is an all-suite hotel and very nice. I'm sure there is a fee to bring in guests.
The prices are very cheap on Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 130,000 per night for a very nice suite.
I also really like the location - it's 500 yards from the top of Parque Lleras - so far enough away that you don't get blasted with noise. And La Fragata is a great seafood restaurant that's attached to the hotel.
Then go up the hill (via taxi/car) and you're at San Carbon, which serves great steaks and Las Palmitas is right down the road.
Great place to stay with that someone special.
