Great work Hunter, Mery really needed a good website as she's got some good apts as well. I've used her 2x and found her to be incredibly helpful, accommodating and understanding -- I once got the apt across from her and kept running into her with a diff't gal each day :-)

I expect that apt was TC 501.

Yes, it was 501, nice place. I had to cancel a few trips recently, got sidetracked with work, but I'm really eager to get out there soon. How about you? Hope MDE is treat'n you right.

Juan's apts seem to be all booked these days, I tried to refer him a few friends recently but I'll give them Mery's site info. I guess CTG is getting really popular w/the Europeans.

Merlin, been in Ctg for about half of this year. will return to Medellin shortly.

Both Juans and Merys apts were well booked, it has slowed down slighly for October, but not as slow as normal, will soon pick up again in November for Miss Colombia.

I emailed them twice inquiring about an apartment and they havent returned an email. What are the rates for the one bedroom places and do which ones have an ocean view balcony?

Does anyone have an idea how much the rentals are going for with the 1 bedroom apartments? Doesnt have any information on the site.

Blazers, email Juan as he is usually very responsive and helpful. Most of his apts are nicer apartments, with prices averaging $65-$75/night now in the Laguito area. You can slit the cost if you have someone else. Many of Juan's and Mery's apts have ocean views. You should ask which apts are getting stricter about the gals as I've been hearing this is getting to be a probl. Last trip, the Torre Marino security dude hassled me a bit about bringing in more than 3 gals. The "Torre" and "Marin" apartments on his site are all good IMO, stayed in all of them at one point. The "ANT" [antares] and "ATL" [atlantico] are ok, but older bldgs.
