- What is the average age and turn-around time (how long do they typically work there and why do they leave)?

- Can you take a terma girl back to your hotel for the night?

- Are the rumors true that quality has declined lately?

- Who can you ask if you want more info on a girl (how long she's been there, etc...)? The bartender, other girls?

It's very difficult to find 18 to 19 years old as i think they work at the mall at that age. You can find as old as mid 30's but it's very easy to find 20 to 22 years old. They work too long as many garotas are still there in their late 20's but competition is supposed to drive them out of business.
Quite a few terma girls end up at Help at 1:00 am after their shift. Best is to get their tel numbers if you like one. The ones who live far wont be available after hours.
Quality has declined the last year and half. On my last trip, I had a hard time picking any girl at most termas. I was only happy at Centaurus picking 7's and rare 9 and 10. But I would think you can find at least 1 girl in each terma that might interest you and sex is usually very good.
Ask the girls for info but when she says she has been working 2 weeks at the terma, make sure to ask what she did before as she probably was working in another bar or terma.
I am baffled by the dearth of selection in Rio.

Based on the pictures you posted it seems that I have similar tastes as you. Appearance is pretty important for me. So other than Centaurus where else can I find quality looks, garotas that are still fresh without that worn look? Agencies? Clubs? Sao Paulo?

I disagree with Athos about the decline in quality of termas girls. I think what really happens is we guys experience a shift in our standards after awhile. The first few trips every garota you see is "the hottest one ever" and every session is a killer. This is because we're comparing it with our experiences elsewhere (like with US women or TJ streetwalkers), so of course everything is going to seem over the top. Eventually, though, our standards shift, and the "10" on that first trip becomes an "8" on our fifth trip and a "7" on our 10th. "Familiarity breeds contempt" is an old saying, and there's some truth to it.

I think the girls at the termas are just as they've always been. Some weeks and months are better than others, but overall, I don't think all the pretty ones have fled Rio or have stopped working in termas. We're the ones who have changed, not them. I agree that individual termas have their ups and downs, but I think the overall talent level is pretty constant.

Excellent observation and I agree with you 100%. To me looks are secondary to performance though, not that I hook up with dogs or anything like that.

The prettiest ones don't always seem to pan out in the sack. They live on their looks not their performance which in my opinion makes them lazy bedmates. I will take a 7 with enthusiasm over a 9 resting on her good looks anyday.

The best I've run into over there I would say was 7 in the looks department but a 12 in performance and attitude department. She came highly recommended by a friend and she's been my regular ever since. I was always wondering why she was always busy at the terma when she definitely wasn't the best looking in there but was always MIA.

Another observation I've made is if a terma girl says that she isn't into duplas. Watch out because that means that she really likes DICK and knows what to do with.

Snooky and Safado, I think you are both right. Snooky, remember one thing though. The girls incentive to perform is in the form of repeat business. She wants you back as a repeat client who picks her everytime you come in (kinda like your current Fav.). Sometimes it does get better with "familarity" though. Just ask some of the guys on this board that blow into town and take their Fav. out of action for 3-5 days.

i agree with athos. Some other points, the girls work there for a wide range of times, but if you go to a terma and return a year later, most likely more than half the girls will be different. They leave for a variety of reasons, most often they switch to another terma, they meet a man, they go back to school, or other things. I also know the termas won't let them work if they get aids or another disease but I don't know how many girls leave due to this reason.

Of couse, you can take them for trips, back to your hotel, to hotel vips or another place, or wherever. As someone else here mentioned though, a lot of the girls (especially i have noticed this at the centro termas) live far away. I had a girl from terma 65 come to my house last saturday and it took her over 2 hours to get to my house (she didn't have a car). She took a cab on the way back and it was like 75 reais. Also, the girls work from 4-12 or whatever and have to work almost every day (i think the termas that are open 7 days a week give the girls one day off, the ones that are open 5 days a week the girls have off the weekends), also, a lot of the girls have kids, family stuff, and other things to take care of. Additionally, if they miss work for you, the rules say they have to pay anywhere from 50-200 reais to miss work (but they have some clever ways of getting out of this payment if they want).

Also, when the girls get off work, they may have been drinking, done 3 or 4 guys that day, and have been up since six in the morning so I wouldn't necessarily count on an all night sex session they way you might get one at help. More then likely they will want to eat, have sex once or twice, go to sleep, wake up, have sex, and leave for work which is fine by me.

One thing that has worked out very well for me is having girls numbers, then if I go back to the terma and they aren't working anymore I give them a call and see what they are up too. Most of the time they are studying or have a boyfriend (european or american) who is helping them and they have a lot of free time to spend with you and for fucking. For the past two weeks over 50% of my time has been spent with girls like this (who used to work at termas but don't anymore).

Oh yeah, and I would say that for the centro terma girls (4x4, etc.) you can have most of them for 200R per night which is a pretty good deal if you find one you like. The centaurus girls are more.

To me it seems the same as always. I think the best are centaurus, solarium, and 65, 4x4 is ok, and i don't really get into the girls at mc and a few others. A lot of girls i know are going to europe and meeting men which pulls them out, and unfortunately these are the best looking ones, but I don't know that this is anything other than the usual garota cycle in rio.

I wouldn't ask the bartenders, but the other girls are a good source of confirmation (i.e. if you ask your girl something and then ask another girl who knows her and see if you get the same response). Remember though that the girls always talk, so everything you ask or say to one girl will be known by every other girl with an interest in you whatsoever. Also, I know a few ugly girls at 4x4 and centaurus who are helpful in this regard, they love to sit around chatting bullshit because they get few programs. For the most part finding out information about girls is pretty useless though because you are there to fuck them and once they have done 3 or 4 guys a day for two weeks does it really matter how long they have worked, lol? The girls lie alot also, especially if they are married, have a boyfriend (or a girlfriend for that matter, which is pretty common, one girl told me yesterday that 80% of the girls at centaurus are lesbians, this is almost certainly an exaggeration but needless to say after getting pumped by 3 or 4 different guys a day for 2 or 3 years some might switch sides) or if they have kids (one girl I see frequently told me for over a year that she didn't have any kids, and I would go with her outside of work all the time, and vacationed with her once, i found out later that she had two kids, not the end of the world but why lie for that long?).

Well, I have not yet made it to SP, so no educated opinion on that. As for the decline in quality at Termas in Rio, well, I have only been there once (although I had a blast.)

It's a very good idea to ask girls about other girls performance as most have been involved in dupla. In Rio termas, that's one great thing if you like a girl, she will help you find what you're looking for while in Sao Paulo it's every girl for herself as there is more competition for guys sessions.

I think "quality" comes down to the type of girl someone likes. Not everyone likes the same type, hence I might find the quality of girls in the termas high while someone else does not.

4X4 in Centro is excellent. The last time had two stunner's with absolutely excellent attitudes & great techniques. My goodness, they were fine! The places is packed with beautiful girls by 6-7pm. I personally like going there early, around 4:00pm. Then by taking a girl up to the room prior to 5:00pm, I have my entrance fee waived.

One way I ensure a good session, is to always make out with them prior. Those that are hesitant or pull back, tend to be the same in the room. Those that kiss passionately tend to be the same in the room. This test seems to work in almost all locations, including 'Help'. If they don't want to kiss much that is a sign of trouble - best to move on.
