GUYS WHO LIVE IN RIO...what happened to the beach stands? I went to Othon and Cesar Park beaches today and there were no stands to rent the chairs or buy drinks. 6 Months ago there were stands every 50 yards. I noticed it was like this on all the beaches. Did the government pass some rule that they are not allowed now?

They're still there..was just there from 3/24-4/2/05..
