Staying here for a month for work.
The company I work for has arranged a deal for $60 per night including breakfast, plus 10% tax.
Rooms are great, a living area with table 4 chairs, a sofa and chair, and a coffee table.
There is a small kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, MW, 2 hotplates, and plates etc.
The bedroom has a kingsize, and is entirely seperate. The bathroom is great, shower and bath, constant hot water, all the comforts of home really. The main living area has aircon and a bloody fast internet connection. The hotel has no problems with girls, they just need to leave id at the reception, no questions asked.
The address is Av. Paz Soldan 167 / 190, San Isidro. Tel (51-1) 221-1108.

Highly recommended.

This place looks very nice, I might try it out for a few days if I can negotiate a corporate rate. The $110 + 10% does not seem unreasonable for what is offered, but the rates at Maria Luisa in Miraflores for my particular needs are hard to pass us.
Can you elaborate a little on the internet connection? Do they provide an ethernet cable or some kind of wireless connection?

Vlad. RT here.
In an email, the Maria Louisa promises internet in the room. Can you elaborate? I have a reservation there for the middle four nights of my trip next month. Thanks.

We have been staying here for 2 weeks now. We have a rate of $60 US +10%, including breakfast, but that may be because we are here for a month, and we walked in and got the rate.
The internet connection in the room is hard wired, there is a lan point on the wall. They will supply a cable if you need one. It is very fast for this part of the world, I have seen downloads of BIG files (over 200Mb) at over 300K per second. I don't believe they have wireless yet. I can highly recommend it as a hotel. Although it is not close to everything, most places are never more than 10 sols away by taxi. Give it a try, and we are still here, drop me a mail if you want to go out a bit. Here till around May 5 or 6.

Sorry, RT, I was not even aware. Please report back on it.
The 24hr internet cafe near Tequila Rock is less than a block away from Maria Luisa, I just used them.
Thanks for the info Calaman!

Will do, Vlad.
Just in case they have a high-speed connection, I'm bringing my laptop with me. What was your feeling on security at the hotel?
