One big change at both Monte Carlo and Solarium (they are under the same management) is that you can no longer pay for the girl with your credit card. You can pay the entrance fee, room fee, and bar tab on credit card, but the girl must be paid in cash.

If I remember right the garota fee was about R$100 on my last trip. It does make sense as garotas need to get paid right away.
