San Borja - King Spa

King Spa - Ave. Aviación 2938: King Spa in San Borja is one of two in Lima, the other in Lince. Unlimited use of wet and dry saunas and jacuzzi is only 20 soles ($6 USD). Massage is 20 soles more, but you'll have to negotiate for additional services beyond that. The King Spas are great places to use their saunas for refreshment, but there are many better P4P options.

RT here. I visited King Spa in San Borja one afternoon last month.
The place is Banos Turcos classic -- it had everything you expect at one of your 'old school' BTs, without any of the modern touches you find in the newer bath houses.
- Locker Room: Check (not electronic)
- Towel Boys: Of Course
- Towels: All you want
- Steam Room: Yup
- Dry Hot Room: Yup, tambien
- Snack Bar: You betcha
- Showers/Soap: Yup
- Massgae Girls - Hookers: Yes
- Massage Girls - Therapeutic: Yes
- Rest Area: Technically, Yes. Comfortable? No. Comfy Barcaloungers: Nope. Private TVs on the non-existent Comfy Barcaloungers: Not a chance.
Admission is 20 soles. You change your clothes, steam, sauna, drink a cold beverage, shower, and want to relax somewhere comfortably. That's where the problem started. The second floor holds the massage areas and the 'rest' area. The benches were old-style wood with plastic-coated mats. It wasn't really quiet or dark, and there was no TV to watch there, either.
What you could do from the rest area, however, was watch the bullpen where the masajistas hang out. So that's what I did.
The 'relax' girls looked like your standard Banos Turcos hookers... they certainly were pretty enough, but nothing to make me jump out of my chair and run to the room screaming, "Yo Quiero! Yo Quiero!" According to the Spanish forum in PeruTops, the girls ask 200 soles for full service, and can be negotiated down to 170 or 180.
What I really did need was a real massage. I approached the two girls in the white 'medical' outfits, and arranged for a massage. They quoted me (I think) 45 soles, and I am pretty sure that it was for an hour. We get to her office, and I received what turned out to be a very good massage -- way above what I was expecting. After going over most of my upper back area, she returned to the spots where she got a reaction from her pressures, and concentrated on those areas for most of the rest of the hour. I usually have to beg the massage person to concentrate on a certain area, and this girl seemed to instinctively know where to work. It was a pleasure.
She had me flip over and finished the non-sexual hour. When I signed the sales slip, I added (I think) a 20 sol tip. I have no idea what is appropriate for this type of service, but she seemed pleased, so I guess it was OK.
I steamed a little longer, showered and got dressed. Out front, the check came to 90 soles. This covered the admission which was (I think) 20 soles, 65 (45+20) for the massage, and a bottle of soda. I could be wrong about the price breakdown, but I do know that I paid 90 soles when I left.
It turned out to be a pleasant way to kill a couple of hours, but I wouldn't travel halfway across Lima to go to King Spa again. Everything worked, and I didn't feel like I was treated poorly, but there are a lot of other places closer to where I normally hang out when I am in town.
