Checked out Clinca My Way. The hours have changed. They're now opened 11:30 to 21:00, Mon. to Fri. Their hours are posted on the website.
As advertised on their webpage, the initial massage cost is R$ 190, paid to the house up front. There is a nice waiting room with about 8 different selections of whiskey. One drink is complimentary with paid massage.
The receptionist offers a photo album of the girls while you wait for each one to introduce themselves in person. There were 8 girls the night that I was there. Only 3 were in the 7-8 range. The rest were about a solid 6.
After your selection, you go upstairs to one of four massage rooms. The accomodations are clean and showers are offered before and after the massage.
I received a combination massotheraputic massage followed by a "Thailand" massage. Both were performed extremely well for about 30 minutes. My masseuse told me we could finish "manually by hand" or "physically with her body". Physcical termiation was an extra $R 200, manual was included in the original price. I didn't bother to haggle over the money and agreed to finish up with a CBJ while she rode to completion.
Overall, if you have R$ 400 to drop for a decent massage and quicky, this is the place. There's also some great restaurants in the immediate vicinity which are really cool.

I was here yesterday afternoon. The facilities are nice, the girls are all good looking. The entry/60 minute massage with titfuck/handjob is R$175 now, with R$200 more for a full program. That seems really, really high unless the full program includes a full hour of fucking with BBBJ, the usual Rio services. I didn't really ask much about it since on my first Sampa casa, i wasn't about to spend R$375 for a program.
The girl I went with did give a very good massage, but compared to Rio, where a good theraputic massage with a complemento (handjob) finish is anywhere from R$60 to R$100 depending on where you go, it's a steep price to pay for a rub and tug.
