I'll be in Rio at the end of July this year. For any of you guys who have just returned, I'm hearing rumours that Helpee will be closed for the rest of the year due to legal problems. Is this true?

Help is a daily money making machine. The likelihood of it closing is slim and next to none. R$20 entrance between 11-12 and R$30 after 12:00, plus the drinks XXX 300-400 people and all in cash??? Not likely!!!!

I heard the story last weekend when I was celebrating the 4th of July in Copacabana. The rumor is that the woman who owns the property and plans on turning Help into a giant condo finally won her court battle. I asked the guys at Terrace and they just laughed. I think we will just have to believe it if and when we ever see it.
