This hotel i ended up by just pure coincidence. one of my friends was going to Peru and convinced me to come along. anyways, i found this place to be ok, it has nice rooms and no problems bringing girls with you. the front desk guy would even ask you if you want a girl for the night!!!. very safe, it has security and i would just say is in a residential area of Surco so it will be quiet most of the time. think is a plus when you want to relax and just have some peace to yourself. it has different rooms, such as:
-suites w/jacuzzi
-executive suite
-matrimonial.
I stayed in a executive and payed S/.50=. they will qoute you more, did this with me, but, you just have to ask for a rebate, i'm sure they will give a discount. room have a nice bed, cable tv (very good, lots of channels), own bath w/hot/cold water, phone and room service. now, one thing they don't have are safety boxes for valueables. honestly think is a big minus for this place. fortunately i had all my stuff under lock and the hotel itself is very safe. the hotel kitchen is very limited and when i was wondering where they get their food this is mostly ordered out from the restaurants around the hotel. other thing is 'cause is in a residential area of Surco, it takes about 15' to Miraflores, have to take taxi all the time. anyways, in spite of these shortcomings i wouldn't mind coming here again. the manager is very friendly and always looking out for your comfort. a working knowledge of spanish is a most to deal with some of the staff, thanks God for Spanish club in high school!!!. it took me maybe 2 days to grasp to local accent here, but, after it, i have to problems talking with locals. have to say this is a girl friendly hotel and wouldn't worry if i even bring more than one girl here, monger friendly all the way!!! if you guys want a more centrally located place, by all means, get a hotel in miraflores. this time it work for me and i don't think i made a bad choice.///
