Therma Fine?

I tried to search for an answer, but could not locate one...

Can anyone tell me if a therma girl (Monte Carlo specifically) does not show up for work on a given day, does she just lose out on money or is a fine imposed on the girl?

A fine is imposed on the girl. In Monte Carlo in particular that is open 7 days a week, the fine is twice as big on the weekends as the weekdays.
