To my knowledge there are no high end agencies but there are houses where high end mistresses are kept for the entertainment of execs. Mostly in Ipanema. The only people who can take you there are the ones who have a'key'. If you work in Rio as an expat you will eventually meet someone to take you to one of the houses.
