So, I was trying to help my galfriend place an ad in the local Bucaramanga newspaper called Vanguardia, http://www.vanguardia.com/pubclas.asp. so that she could earn some tuition money. Not too many tourists or big spenders in this city, so it didn't go as well as we expected.

But got to thinking, for fun and out of sheer boredom, a few weeks ago I placed a short ad myself "Atencion Estudiantes: Un Turisto De Estado Unidos se Necesita una guia...." under the category "Ofertas Empleos". And dang was I surprised. Mixed in with a few crackpot emails, were at least a half dozen co-eds offering up their services. A few of them got wary when I asked for pics, but 3 have been conversing by email w/me. I'll have to see how this pans out.

Might be more fun to advertise for photographic models or even porn models.

TT, may have to give that one a try before I visit. But Bucaramanga seems a bit laid back compared to other cities based on the lackluster response to my galfriend's earlier ad about "masaje" and there are no adultos classificados like in other cities.
