Does anyone know how I can pay a visa fine from here in the US? The Brazilian consulate won't issue me a new Visa until I pay it but they don't give advice as to how. I thought about hopping the plane down there and paying it and coming back. It would cost me a few bucks but if its the only way then I'll do it.

Sounds like the old brazilian catch-22... You can't fly to brazil without a visa.. and you can't get a visa without flying to brazil!

Uh, why did you overstay your visa last time? Did they not catch it on your way out of the country? You're posts here and in SA chat on this subject seem a little odd. No need for the unabridged version, but a little more info on this could be helpful to us. You sound very desperate to get back.
