Hi,

Im new to the site, and what a great site it is.
Im hoping to go to brazil in November, to see the beautiful country, train Brazilian Ju Jitsu and to see the lovely girls.
Ill, probably be in Sao Paolo for 7-10 days, and was wondering if there any quick rental flats in Sao Paolo? Around the Faria Lima area.
The reason being, if me and my friend come, we can have our own rooms ( so we can have our privacy), but also share a living room and kitchen. 4 of us did this in Japan and it was very cheap, like $45 dollars a night each for a 3 bedroom flat.
If not whats a safe cheap hotel in that same area, that wont mind us bring girls everynight or so.

Also, how is the weather around November? Is it too hot in the summer?

Thank you and appreciate your help

I dont think you can find an apartment to rent for a week like you could in Rio. But there are tons of affordable hotels in Sao Paulo. I like to go with Accor chain, www.accorhotels.com.br, most rooms have kitchenette. Look for a hotel in the R$120 range. All the hotels are guest friendly in Sao Paulo but some charge a guest fee. Look in a map where faria lima is then pick a hotel in a barrio nearby. November is perfect in Sao Paulo, early spring, but bring a small umbrella as it rains a lot in Brasil.

Athos: regarding guest-friendliness, have you encountered any problems with 2 girls in the room at same time in SP hotels? This was a big no-no in Rio (I couldn't even bribe the front desk with US 100.00). Going to SP for first trip in 3 weeks and already booked at Staybride Suites in Itaim Bibi.

maverick, i looked at their site and seemed $$$ for SP. look at accor for parthenon's or mercures. or try bluetree . parthenon's all mini suites for around R130/night. hotels are protecting you and themselves with 1 girl rule. do your duplas at a club or a love motel.

Accor hotel chain is French, try accorhotels.com or do a search on internet. BUT make sure you book the room in R$, as far as i know booking via the English site has the same price listed.

You cannot bring 2 girls at any hotel in Brasil, you gotta use a love motel. I paid R$40 for 3 hours in a cheap love motel the other day so not too bad.
