She does tours and will arrange appointments with chicas for you. You provide her a list of the chicas that interest you (usually from Internet sites), the price you are willing to pay, and the date/time/location desired. She contacts the chica and sees if it will work. She doesn't negotiate prices for you. If the girl says x pesos, that's the price that she will give you.
I think she get $US10 per appointment from you.
