I have two apartments in Laguito, and have decided to sell one, whichever sells first.

One is a brand new 1 bedroom apartment with a bay view in the new Mirador Laguito building (unit # 705). August 2006 is the scheduled completion date, but it can be repurchased from me now.

The other apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bath (unit # 801) in Torre Centauro, this unit was completely remodeled with an architect/builder in January 2006, and everything is new and was done to very high standard.

The 2 bedroom unit has an excellent rental record, and the new one bedroom will likely rent very well also since I have an excellent local rental agent.
