Need a little help here. We are returning to Rio first of August and have paid a depsoit on an apt in Rio. Something has come up that has caused us some concern about how legit this apt may be. Really don't want to find ourselves arriving in Rio to find out this place is a scam.

I think they are asking like $300 a night for the place, seems kinda high for a place that is not beach front.

1 toured this place while under const. looked awesome but not waterfront and at least $300 if not more. pm sandman for more details.
