I found a new internet cafe right next door to Kice Sucos that has better hours (at least on Sunday) so I don´t have to walk down to the Lido area when TudoEFacil is closed.

Not a bad idea really...always a line outside tuda facil waiting for them to open...I would go broke living there tho...you better not marry my wife when you move there...

I tried to work out a deal with the owners on Fone Rio for a package rate like Tudo Facil has... 15 hours for 41reais but they won't go for it....

I found this place to be cheaper than Tudo y Facil and as Youngtom said the hours on Sunday are better as well. However, you can't plug into their network, you have to use their computers.

In these internet cafes can you use there disk drives, floppy or CD? I am wanting to download pics off a CD to the internet.

I was told at Tudo y Facil you could use a disk or CD. One day both laptop jacks were occupied and I needed to send photos and a report to be posted. The guy told me I could copy info to a CD and email it, but they may want to see what it is so that you're not infecting thier computers with a virus. Turns out right after I asked about it one of the guys using his laptop left and I got to plug mine directly into the network.
