With all thanks, I realy would appreciate if one of our Brazil vets, can provide some info regarding
1-How one can forward calls from USA,in a way no one can tell we are out of US,nor would they find out by thier caller ID,if we call them from Brazil.
2-Is such thing possible with Brazilian cellular phones,or our own US providers ?

Why not get a Skypein number and have your calls forwarded to that. You can have an answering service on the Skypein number with the same greeting you have on your US phone. Bring your laptop and check your messages and return the calls using Skype.

I use Vonage in the US and bring the unit with me wherever I travel. All you need is an apartment with high speed internt access. You receive calls just like at home and when you dial out it is from your home number.

I've had conference calls with customers that had no idea I was in Brazil or Philippines, etc.

I agree Skype sound quality is better than vonage. Although a bit off topic, not only can you get a skype-in number in the U.S., but in other countries as well including Brazil ($38 a year per number).

You also can get Skype telephones that either plug into your USB port, or wireless Skype telephones that have a small base unit that plugs into your USB port, with the charger and phone separate. I have found that both the Linksys CIT-200 (wireless) and the Radian Skytone, work well.

If you can't get broadband in the foreign country, just have your voip line (located in the US) forwarded to your foreign cell number. Nobody will be the wiser.
