I don't know how useful the information is about specific garotas. Everyone has their own "type" and given the vast number of Rio garotas, what is one guy's diamond isn't another's.

Have you ever seen an agency that has a receptionist who speaks English? Or a massage place, or sex apartment?

The only places I've been to where there's much in the way of English are the major termas, and even the Centro termas rarely have anyone who speaks English working the desks. The more I think about it this may have been a "introduction-only" type agency, meaning you should probably take some discretion if calling or emailing.
