I will go to Buenos Aires in the middle of March:

is it ok and safe to have a room in the hotel from the site www.sensualbaires.com
Rates seem not too expensive.

go to a legitimate site and search hotels. Why take a chance. Many sites do reviews on rooms and you want one that is chica friendly and centrally located.
