In Ecuador I can recommend (with some reservations) the Sole De Oriente Hotel in Guayaquil. The rooms are comfortable, large and well appointed. There is no joiner fees and guests are readily welcomed and available at the several local clubs and agencies. Female companionship ranges from free, providing you have: knowledge of spanish (habla espanol, es muy importante), are reasonably good looking with a passable personality TO $40-100 per night for any of the various call girls in and around the local area. A word to the wise, a local guide is recommended for the novice and many trustworthy ones are available for about $40 per day. Transportation in and about the city is available in taxis or as I did just rental of the guide's car, for excursions to the beach, museums, restaurants, nightclubs, and lady houses.
