No problem with bringing a guest in after midnight and no extra charge. However, she has to leave her "documento" with the front desk. Advertised total cost was $69 which included a free continental breakfast. Corporate rate was $59. Rooms varied in quality. Ask for a room above the 2nd floor, in the rear, and with a window. One can watch the babes doing aerobics at 6am and 7pm in the exercise spa part of Hotel El Pardo.

El Doral Apartment Hotel at Av. Jose Pardo 486 in Miraflores (http://www.eldoral.com.pe). This hotel was considerably nicer than the Leon De Oro. The charge here for a double suite is $50. I checked out a suite and this hotel would be my choice for a future visit. The desk clerk indicated that guests are allowed with documento. It’s on a busy street, but has rooms on the back side away from the street.

I´ve stayed at El Doral a couple of times now. The location is within convenient walking distance to most of Miraflores. No problem with Chica´s, they just leave their id at the desk. The rooms are good sized, the staff is friendly, I paid $49.50 a night.Definately get a room that´s away from the road.

RT here. I stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago.
As reported, excellent location and no problem for guests with ID. Surprisingly, street noise was not an issue. The rooms are OK but a little dated, and the free cooked-to-order breakfast was pretty good (up on the roof, poolside). Blackout curtains on the windows. The desk clerk had no problem making a dinner reservation for me one night. The minibar was stocked, but expensive. I filled it with drinks from the supermarket.
The official rate is US$65. I whined and pleaded in advance, and they rented us the rooms at a 'corporate' rate of $55, both plus a 10% service charge.
For $55, I would stay there again. At $65, there are other options just as good, and possibly more modern.
