Excerpt from 2002/10 Excat - Bare Eyes

PEPPERS. I checked out the other two bars, Platters and Two Stars, and unlike two years ago in December and February, these tiny bars were only about a third to a half full of girls and customers. The quality of girls was down to about 5s and 5.5s. Peppers was about three-quarters full, with about six customers and nine girls. A couple of girls had pretty faces, but their bodies did not look taut. One girl sitting inside the bar area kept smiling at me. She had straight, long blonde hair, a slightly full face, large breasts, and long legs. A blanca. Not really my type, but her smile focused on me gave her a plus in my book. I beckoned her over. I made a date with her to meet me at my hotel tomorrow night, 6 pm for US$ 100 for two hours. Since the going rate was US$ 60 and 40 soles for salida, the extra money should be an incentive for her to show up. She made a big production of borrowing a pen and paper for a bartender and writing down my hotel and hotel room number. My spirits were lifted.

Peppers/Platters/Two Star - Ave. Rivera Navarrete 800, down hall of large office building: These are actually three separate mini-clubs, but they are all located right next to each other down a small hall of what looks like a large office building. I only actually visited Peppers and Platters, but the third appeared to be similar. Peppers had no cover, but Platters required a drink purchase at the door. Both clubs had about five ladies. Peppers had one that looked decent while Platters had a decent one and another that was more attractive. Exit fees are charged, but they are more reasonable than the full-size nightclubs. The ladies will also open negotiations at a lower quote. These three have potential for finding moderate gems at a more reasonable price.

Not that it matters, because Vlad's photo is the perfect identification point for these clubs, but (according to the coaster I stole from Peppers) the address is Av. Rivera Navarrete #840, not #800.

The phone number for Peppers is 221-4320, although I have no idea why in the world anyone would ever need to call it.

I took a girl named Denise out of the one night last week. The charge was US$50 for her and NS40 or 50 for the house.

RT here. There's a party at Peppers next Saturday, however, if anyone sees this and goes, there probably won't be any room for the live sex or the lesbian show... the place has a sign that says 'capacity 25 people, and I really think that's an overstatement.
