A friend and myself spent a month travelling around argentina.It was a fantastic trip, I recommend it to anyone. Very good value great food and the most beautiful girls in the world.

Any chance you could just write up what you regard as the high points of your tour? Not knowing where you traveled and what type of a trip it was, we don't know where to begin with the questions.

Longton2 - thank you for sharing the post and I am glad that you all had an enjoyable trip.

I had the pleasure of visiting BA for 9 days in April 2005, and will be going back to Argentina for the same period of time this July (splitting the visit between Salta and BA).

That said, are there any major changes, updates or things I should know about the scene in BA prior to my return visit? What are the current rates for the cafes and clubs? In a nutshell, how is the chica scene as far as you got to experience it?

Finally, in the interest of shameless promotion, let me add as a sidenote that this site was amazingly helpful the last time I was in BA - not just as to its particular focus but for basic visitor info as well (thank you again Moondog and Godfather).
