Anyone had experience with Paty Moraes: http://www.riobabilonia.com/paty/? I'm assuming I would need to locate a Portuguese speaker to be able to make arrangements.

No experience with Paty. Nice tan.
I see that an email address is listed. If you are uncomfortable with Portuguese, you might want to try sending an email in English. Pretty good odds that you will get a response. If you are in Rio now, then you can given them your phone number and an English speaker will probably call you back to iron out the details.
