Try going to the Orleans Cafe. San Martin and Cordoba corner. You have your pick of many and 4-7 pm gives you the best choices. All sizes and types. The going rate is 300 pesos/hr. and right around the corner is the horizontal hotel where 55 pesos gets you a great apartment. All the apartments have different decorations and they even include a free drink service for you and your chica. (non alcoholic).
These rooms are cleaned everytime and are super clean.
I like Valeria and Sophia who are 30ish and hang out on the right side of the cafe. They dont rush you. Valeria has the biggest chest of the two. She only works on and off after 3 pm. Sophia is there almost every day.
One girl named Rosy sits right by the door and she is Brazilian. Her chest will get your attention but she is a clock watcher and I did not like her for that. Have fun you lucky devil.

Although I haven't used her, many people say good things about Roxanne (or is it Roxana). Her reputation is she is both good for giving general tours of BA (like one's mom and dad would like) as well as setting things up with escorts, etc.
