I thought I'd start a thread on this Termas that I visited back in late June with 3 buddies. Info may be a little out of date so it's up to you guys to do some research.

Basic Info
It has a decent website at www.pigalle.com.br. which includes the address and a map showing how to get there.

Location
Quite a long way out past Barra da Tijuca and on your left just before you get to Recreio. About R35 from Copa in a cab so best visited with a few buddies. We were able to persuade the Termas to pay the cab but the cabbie then tried to get more from us. Needless to say he failed.

Building itself is detached, 3/4 storeys high with a large Eiffel Tower sign on the outside so quite easy to spot.

Layout
The pictures of the individual rooms are quite accurate on the website. Layout is a little hard to get to grips with but roughly
Ground Floor : Reception, tabacaria, nightclub incl. poledancing area.
First Floor : Snooker room, rooms.
Second Floor : Rooms, suites.
Third Floor : Showers, sauna, swimming pool.

The Termas has a large spread-out feel with inefficient use of space as opposed to the very compact layout of 4x4 or Monte Carlo. One unusual feature is that the pool is outdoors so you can look over the main road. Different but not particularly picturesque.

My suite had a shower and mirror on the ceiling but a slightly bare, unfinished feel. The lighting in the room was also a little bright and harsh.

Girls
Approx 15-20 girls when we arrived at 6pm. Possibly 20-25 when we left around 10pm. I thought there was a nice mix of looks and that the quality was pretty good. I would class it as better in terms of concentration of quality as 4x4 but obviously less quantity. Most girls were congregated in the nightclub and snooker room. Similar to MC in that the girls wore swimsuits, and those cut hotpants (for bunda lovers) with boots and heels. No girls wearing lingerie.

When you enter a girl comes to you and helps you change. It was slightly bizarre with four guys and girls in the small changing room. Fairly easy to shake off the girl by going to the sauna before surveying the talent and choosing another.

Session
It was solid rather than spectacular. The girl I chose was an Amazon-like light mulatta from Niteroi (long commute). There were better-looking girls there but she had a Brasil bikini on (it was the World Cup) and I fancied going tall for a change. She had a nice personality and indulged in lots of foreplay (45-60mins and probably the best ever in a Termas) before going to the suite. A more luxurious suite and softer lighting in the room would probably have helped. She was happy to go for bareback sex initially but we agreed to use the condom after a couple of mins. I thought this was unusual as most Termas girls insist on condoms, as did the other guys' girls at Pigalle.

Other
Another unusual feature Pigalle had was a swing room with a large window. As we were leaving the suite there were two guys and two women in there. The window has curtains to block the view but were deemed surplus to requirements on this occasion. Something I haven't noticed in other Termas and maybe an attraction for the exhibitionists and voyeurs out there.

Cost
One hour in a suite cost about R210 so slightly pricier than 4x4. I think this broke down as
R20 : Entrance
R30 : Min. consumption
R160 : Suite with girl.
The min. consumption caused some confusion and was possibly R50 incl. entrance. We delayed our departure to have some food (quite tasty) and beers to use it up which was okay with the Termas.

Getting back
We could't find any cheap minibuses going to Copa. Not many cabs around and again relatively expensive at R32.

Clientele
Pretty empty apart from us so hard to gauge. Probably Barra residents who need to relax after a hard drive from work in Centro. Probably also used by swinging couples, like Solarium on a Wed/Sunday.

Overall
I liked this place but there was something missing. I'm not sure whether it was because it was very quiet when we there. More likely it was the chaotic layout and management of the place that stopped us from relaxing fully into the Termas experience. If it was in a more convenient location and well run, it could be very good. As it is I'll only go back if in the area, or if some fellow CHs want to visit new territory.

I think 50% of the girls at the therma
let me/wanted me to nail it bareback. You should think really hard before you nail it bareback.the only thing I may do is bbbj and I still worry when i'm leaving the place. also, I dont use the condoms they supply I bring my own Durex.

the website www.pigalle.com.br is for a restaurant on Av. Atlantica. I'd be curious if there was an updated site location.
