Cafe Paris is now closed and there are plans to move to a new location down the street from La Ronda and Vegas Show. The new address will be Rua Ebano Pereira, 334 Centro, Curitiba. It is not opened at the new location yet. May be in the near future. There was a sign saying so at the new location.

300R for 30min. is excessive for me. But, a 40-min session all-in at any major Rio is basically that cost or more. Fair-skinned, real loiras are a premium for Brasilian guys especially if she has a bigger ass/tits. I was just checking a Rio site recently and a loira quoted price is 450R for 1 hr and I don't think there is anything special:

Also note that she only quoted R$350. If you just went by initial quotes from a single GdP, would you argue that all garotas at Balcony cost R$300 or that at Help that R$400 was the minimum? What girls quote the first time to someone they don't know and the going rate are not the same things. And a quote at one location out of hundreds doesn't make it the baseline for that city.
