The non pro scene is a great experience in Lima.
I decided to check out latin american cupid and see what single ladies are available.. For a fee of about $25 a month you get access to profile and pics of thousands of latina women all across south america, mexico and even europe..

I met a variety of women in chat rooms, all different backgrounds, interests, education.. Most of the women are between 25-40 years old, single, no kids and college degree.. There were some incredible looking single women in Peru, I couldnt believe how nice they were, and very friendly, almost too friendly..
Some of them offered to pick me up at the airport when i got in.. Do my laundry, clean the apartment , cook for me..
One of the ladies even offered to provide "back up dates" wanted to bring her single friends, in case things didnt work out with her..
Another lady who was 25 offered to bring her 18 year old sister along and said that i can date her if things didnt work out with the 25 year old?!
Overall i had gathered 10 cell numbers from 10 different ladies, all wanting to go on a date with me.. I never even got 10 numbers from american women in 10 years!
I was only able to go on 4 real dates with 4 different women, I ended up getting FS from two and BJ from the other two,
In the four dates i spent about 330 soles , so about 110 dollars or so..
One of them was a smoking hot 20 year old who was so kind warm and friendly, spoke english and had a good job, .. after a dinner, flowers, dancing and drinking , she was ready to go back and begged to make love with me..
It was all too simple.. If you can speak some spanish, look nice, smell good and show some couresty and respect to these ladies, they will shower you with love and passion..
I had one of my best experiences ever in peru,and plan to go back again soon.

Your lady was moping around and crying because you didn't call or email her. I kept telling her that you where not home yet and her sister (you know which one) was all over me except when it counted.

I must admit it was a bit amusing and fulled the time but at a price.

I will give a brief report when the trip is over, but so far my take on Lima is about the same as MDE. Great if you want non-pro action (in fact, better than MDE), but you can never come close to Brasil. That goes for performance and venue.

The one thing I´ve noticed while mongering here, (or attempting to monger) is that it´s really not that imperative to desperately seek out a working chica when there are so many more friendly "civilians" (non-pro´s) in the bars and nighclubs who seem to be far more friendly than any females in bars in say, the USA. Here, the culture is a lot different. Women in general seem to be much more approachable.

In the section known as Pizza Alley (Las Calles de las Pizzas) for instance, if a couple of girls see you drinking at the bar by yourself, they have a tendency to strike up a conversation with you, or even invite you out om the dance floor with them. This has happened to me on more than one occasion.

I´m really beginning to like it here...

Most non-pros speak minimal English, it really depends on there education level, whether they are employed in a job requiring English or coming in contact with English speaking individuals.

Outside of Lima the answer is NO!

Easily, 9 out of 10 Peruvians do not speak any English.

It may be closer to 95%, based on my totally non-scientific testing methods.

Fooledagain1, the answer is, CFK and Gooch, RT Gooch seem to have hit the nail on the head. The girls in the bars, upon discovering I am American, want to practice their English skills with me, or what little English they know. This is one great way to strike up and carry a conversation with them.

Of course, it is also a big help that I speak Spanish, which I can´t emphasize enough am very glad I´ve been practicing over the last few years.

I hadn't shaved that day and was not trying at all. And, unless you count polite chatting as 'game', I have none of that, either. All I had going for me was that I spoke a little Spanish, and I paid attention to the girl.

This happens all the time, and if I was young and cuter (as if THAT was possible), I would need a security guard to keep the women away.
