I don't think in most cases they do translate to performance in bed. They are mostly attempts at physical/psychological descriptors, but really about as truthful as most marketing these days. I've seen many girls over the years that have used many of these descriptors, and the descriptors were rarely of any value. The mulherãos do tend to have big asses. The namoradinhas tend to be less safada than the saradas de academia, and so forth. I do get a kick out of some of the descriptors, but haven't found them predictive of performance, and only slightly descriptive of appearance.
