I spoke to a very good source who is in law enforcement in Rio (He is way up the food chain, not a "walk the beat" police officer) I know him because he is a professional bodyguard for a millionaire friend of mine who goes down there frequently.

In July we were sitting in my buddie's apartment and I mentioned that I was thinking of going on Kenny's boat cruise that weekend, the police officer immediately told me that I should NEVER go on that boat cruise!! He said that the cruise is under serious investigation and that they are just waiting until the right moment to bust the whole crew. He mentioned that higherups were thinking of Thanksgiving or New Years timeframe because they know there will be a large number of tourists on the boat and it will be great for headlines! You can choose to believe me or think that I am full of shit but when you hear about a bust going down, remember where you heard it.

Never did understand the allure of the boat ride. I would guess it's because it could be viewed as the cruise organisers profiteering from the girls i.e. $100 covers boat, staff costs, girls' charges and profit for the organisers. Prostitution is legal/quasi-legal in Brazil but living off another's immoral (moral IMHO) earnings is not.

I have never been on the cruise but I would assume Kenn is smart enough to ensure that technically this is not the case. Technically right may not be sufficient to prevent a raid, however.

Not sure about the jurisdiction issue when the boat is in the Bay as opposed to onland. Also, anyone care to comment on how the boat differs from the set-up at "Fazendinha" in Sampa.

I too could never understand the allure of the boat trip as it was essentially MP on water. Maybe for multiple pops with different girls. At the end of day Kenn has to make a living as well, and it gives the newbies an introduction to the hedonism of Rio. Frequent visitors, particularly armed with the valuable info here on CH, may find Rio a breeze, but many first-timers are more reticent.

I don't know your background but I'm assuming from the text that you're one of these ultra-desirable black guys. Apologies if this assumption is incorrect.

A few points
1) Generalising on matters of race isn't particularly clever. Some people are good fucks and others bad, some are generous and others cheapskates, some are savvy and others are suckers, some like to be a player and flash the cash to boost their self-esteem whilst others are more comfortable with their lot in life. That's life, people are different and it's nothing to do with whether they're black or white, young or old (even if written in CAPS).

2) Strange that a hooker would prefer a guy who quickly pays the asking price, no matter what it is (and I've overheard a few ridiculous quotes over the years). I'll remember that the next time I'm trying to ingratiate myself with one.

3) Do you expect a girl to tell you that she hates fucking black guys? Many of the garotas will say whatever it takes to get the max $$$$ out of the situation. If that massages your ego, great. Just don't base any anthropological studies on it.

The legal structure here in Brazil is very different from the US. Here you must prove your innocence. So, if you get arrested here, the burden of proof is on you, not the Gov't.

Hey Jose, how crowded has it been in Angra and Buzios being peak season? What's the best days of the week to go? Angra is not that crowded yet or at least not as crowded as Rio is now. Last nite at the office there was tonns of new girls from out of state. Lots of choice for the mongers. Both Buzios and Angra can be done in a day but why rush???? Buzios is best on a weekend nite to be able to enjoy the nitelife and all the beautiful non-pro babes that hang there. A boat in Buzios is a plus but not a must and most activities happen in the peninsula. Angra in the other hand consists of over 365 islands over a 80 mile coastline so a boat there is a must to fully explore one spot at a time. Remember that "Angra" goes from Ilha Grande to Parati. Here again you guys are the winners as the more the merrier as there is no price increase for more people. As far as boat rentals are concerned there are many choices from power to sail. My fee would remain the same as described in my site. Altogether, divide all the cost by the number of guys and its a fantgastic deal for a couple days of fun in the sun (pray for sun in the rainny season). Ceenotes, The last time I was there the way it work was you pay the $100.00 =(one girl you pick to FUCK on the boat in a cabine down below deck, also you have food/drinks on the boat as well along with music.

It seems like it is being run by that guy RioRob, be carefull of him. He posted on here about 3 motnhs ago talking shit and when I confronted him with his lies, he stopped posting all together.
