However for whoever is interested, here is some actualization after some days in Buenos Aires.

Tried Café Orleans about which I read on this site. It is weird but efficient: you sit at a table and most of the table around are occupied by ladies (real pros though) trying to catch your attention. You just have to call one at your table, discuss a bit, negociate (not so easy 200 to 300 ARS/hour) and then leave to the nearby hotel (70 ARS) and act.

Tried 2 ladies (Natalia and Romina). 7 to 8 complete service, Ok but not very comitted!

Checked Newport in Recoletta, which used to be a very good option on Saturday night but was almost empty at midnight. Don't know if it heated up later, I was too tired.

Discovered a very good option: there is now a therma in Buenos Aires, although not the Rio standard. Name is Olimpo Spa, Viamonte 723, subsolo (the right door leads you down to the underground). It opened 2 months ago. It is a basic but clean place with locker for your stuff then the lady you chose takes care of you. No spa but 2 sauna and several cabins for massage. Tried Nancy/Lore ("petite" from Paraguay) can be found on Platynum) and got excellent GFE service + professional massage. Cost 60 ARS/hour but you are supposed to tip generously the girl since they only get 30 ARS.

New Port is more a 2am kind of place.
