Be aware that this is not "Affaire" on Guido in Recoleta next to "Closer".

The easiest way to get to this Affaire is to ask the cab driver to take you to "Pueyrredon y Paraguay". I had a little difficulty pronouncing Pueyrredon, but I eventually got by remembering it as "pwettydon". You should easily be able to spot Affaire from its neon sign.

You'll walk up a few steps to your right as you enter Affaire. The interior is rather drab. You'll see a small dance floor to your left, a bar straight ahead, and seating on your right. The back right is more private with a few small couches.

My two visits to this Affaire were at less than optimal times, once in the early evening and the other on a Sunday. The first time I took a lady out for a date, and the second time I spotted two others that were well worth consideration.

Prices were as follows:
20 pesos for lady drinks
60 pesos for 20 minutes
70 pesos for 30 minutes
140 pesos for 60 minutes
Short time hotel is inclusive in these prices

The short time hotel next door was decent for the low price, at least it seemed so at first. After our date I noticed there was no papar and that there were used condoms sitting in the trashcan and more in a corner of the room.

Pros: Short-time prices, Decent selection, Opens early
Cons: Unimpressive Bar decor and Hotel

I recommend this place as an occasional alternative to the Recoleta scene. La Saison is less than half a block away past Paraguay and before Cordoba, but be aware that there is a 30 peso cover charge and that they do not have many ladies available.

Pueyrredon is pronounced as "Poo-ey-reh-dohn"

It seems that prices remain as in July,when I went there.

I also went on Sunday, but Sunday is also bad anywhere. The place gets better after 12AM, even though girls are expected to show after 8-9PM.

I agree that rooms are not very classy, but remember that this place caters for locals. Did you see the ugly elevator in the rooms next door? Yikes!

IŽve been there three times during the weeks:

In general, girls show up early, such as 10-11 pm. YouŽll have them nearly for yourself until about 1 pm, then the guests show up.

IŽve seen moments with more than 20 girls around, all of them somehow nice, put few breathtaking hotties. You see what is considered not being worth working in Recoleta, but as taste varies, you may definitely score here as well.

Girls are reserved and will leave you alone if you want to, only few of them will approach you themselves. Once agreed on a drink or a session, they are more friendly and less businesslike than Recoleta.

They invited me to major group sex sessions on Thu nights, but I donŽt know if they really practice it.

Later, I visited Affaire Pueyrredon. ar$15 the entrance (why the ar$5 difference at night?) and same girls prices as reported before. There were about 20 girls, mostly 6-7 with a few 8s. The place was packed with 30 unleashed guys, pestering all around. I spotted a girl called Sol, very petite but very charming. She promised BBBJ (very rare at that place) so we went up to the rooms for 30 minutes (ar$80).

She performed as expected: Excellent BBBJ, nice doggie style, poor massages. The girl fulfilled my expectations, although I won't call it a memorable experience. I may return to Affaire , but I don't like the smoke-filled atmosphere.

This place was closed down permanently a long time ago. I think at least one other club opened in it's place for a time but there is definitely not a venue there now.

Oops, I meant to post that under the other Affaire regarding the other club but this one was closed long ago as well.
