For anyone that plans on staying here be aware that they are working on the facade weekdays from 9am-6pm and weekend 10:30-6pm. I thought of leaving but they upgraded me and it hasnt been so bad yet (spending most of my time at the beach). You can get a "relatively" good deal $250 US per night. I have a ocean view suite w/ free bfast. Yes its way too expensive relative to an apt but less than Caesar normally is and my personal preference are Hotels on short stays. As a footnote ~ Their Feijoida (6 or 7 kinds) on Saturday is the finest "I" have ever had which includes many of my brasilian friends mothers making it fresh and many of the restaurants in Rio cited for it. It is very steep at R75 but if you love Feijoida and money is no object you should give it a try on Saturdays.

As I am writing this ~ The drilling on the facade will drive you crazy if you are trying to sleep. So if you plan on being at Help till closing time i would avoid this hotel.. If you are an early riser and will be on the beach during the 9am-6pm timeframe it is tolerable.

Joke is on me. Unlike, my conversation with the hotel mgmt before booking, today the concierge informed me Caesar Park is not-garota friendly.
