Galeto de Miguel is located on Miguel Lemos, on opposite side of street from internet cafe Fone Rio. It is not cheap compared to Green Grill or chuscarria. For same price about 10R, You can order meat, beef or chicken, with 2 sides. I like to order beef brochetes with broccoli rice and potatoe puree. I love the broccoli rice and puree is very tasty as well, coming from a guy who is not keen on potatoes. I recommend for a quick stop between terma runs.

Agree 100% Athos. This place is simple but good and clean. I ate there 2/3 times a week over a period of months and it was consistently tasty.
Whilst R10 is not as good a value as Porcão at R15, it does stop you pigging out at the "all you can eat" restaurants. I prefer it to the Green Grill as the food is cooked to order and piping hot (many dishes at Green Grill are a bit tepid). Funnily enough my usual order was also the beef brochete with broccoli rice and potato puree. Another good bet is the chicken risotto for R6.
The snackbar (Monaco) on the corner is also worth considering for a light snack. Their "Caldo do Feijão" (black bean soup) is good but a little pricey R4 (it's all relative, I know). Also "Pernil" (roast pork sandwich) R3.50 is good, particularly on Sundays when they have a fresh roast for the beach crowd.

I tried the grilled salmon (salmao) and it was delicious. They make great sauted potatoes. Still one of my favorite places to eat a quick meal.
