Senhor dos Passos, 87, which is one street over from Dr. Flores, has the usual mix of uglies with a few acceptable garotas. The sheer number of bars, 4 per floor except the 5th floor, and girls, makes the place worth a visit for any quasi bottom feeder, or a real one for that matter. In addition to the 1 real per minute charge, I found that many of the garotas will do anal with no extra fee so long as you buy a session of at least a certain length, which from my small sample ranged from 30 to 40 minutes. However, because I didn't speak to that many garotas about this, I suspect some might do it with a 20 minute program, and others won't at all.
