Dear fellow Clubhombre members,

As a fairly new member to the CH site and one that doesn’t speak a word of Portuguese, I was wondering if a list of the most popular and useful Portuguese mongering terms, phrases or sentences, translated from English into Portuguese, existed anywhere. I’ve had a look around but can not find anything. Can anyone advise?

As for anything else, it really should not be that difficult. These girls know and understand the basics, and are well aware of the reason for your visit.

One of the biggest mistakes that newbies can make is assuming they can communicate because they either speak some Spanish or they've "studied" for a few hours before their first trip and think they know something. You don't. Just go in with that in mind and you'll actually do better than thinking you know what the hell someone is saying and, worse, they understand what you're saying. Leave the language lessons for later, anything you do before your first trip will be of very little or even negative value to you.

Just go have fun and muddle through and not worry about it that much. If you're really concerned about the language barrier, feel free to use Amerioca services and meet up with some of the vets. That's your best bet.

these are the same words and phrases I have heard you use on numerous occasions while sitting at TA and talking with the Garotas, or more specifically shouting at the Favela girls! Now I understand the reactions I witnessed!

I assure you that I have never sat at TA with you talking with garotas, so obviously, you're thinking of someone else. That said, my advice is the same - the list is partially accurate, but again, what is a list of insults that you don't know how to pronounce going to do for you? Nothing much, except piss some garota off.

Oh contrar, You are forgetting when I first met you several years ago. You , Sweet (I believe it was Sweet)and I were sitting near one of the entrances to the tables. It was a delight watching you banter with them, telling them to move away from the entrance, etc lol

Guy, I've been to TA a grand total of 4 times the last 4 years, and the last time I was there with Sweet at night was probably 5 years ago. Regardless, my point fucking is, that trying to memorize phrases will do you zero good, and trying to memorize half-correct phrases that are supposedly insults will be of negative value. As much as you guys try to make it, it isn't that hard to get laid in a termas.

CFK you are wrong, it was you, cat and myself....cat was trying to look at a GDP that was behind a whale, the whale thought cat was interested in her and he told her very nicely to move her FAT ASS.....but there was the time the GDP's were throwing stones at sweet......
