Love according to garotas has the best DJ's in town. It is located on Rua Pequetita, 189 in Vila Olímpia, tel: 3044-1613.
This is a non pro boate but could be a good place to practice your Portuguese or to bring a date.
Open Tues through Sat after 22:00. Small cover 10 to 20R.

I've been there and it is pretty good. Unfortunately the secret (if there ever was one) is out and there are huge lines outside at opening time (12am). I stayed at the Blue Tree Hotel on Rua Pequetita which can't be 500m from the disco.
